Pine Bluff mayor race heads to runoff; incumbent mayor and state lawmaker in close contest

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The race for Pine Bluff mayor will go to a runoff election, with the top two candidates of the six that ran, incumbent mayor Shirley Washington and State Representative Vivian Flowers, nearly tied after Super Tuesday.
